This course is structured to take you from the depths of despair to a state of happiness every single day. You may not feel you are depressed and yet life is flat, boring and mundane. This course will also fix that, first by changing your mental energy (vibration) and then working through the modules to discover the real, unique, happy and passionate person you truly are.
Once your energy starts to shift you move onto learning more about yourself and small daily steps to move your energy and what you think about. This is a process, not a magic pill. I took a year or so to move beyond depression, but then I did it purely from reading and applying from 100's of books. This course is streamlined with the daily steps that help the most.

Although I had many opportunities growing up, learning piano and flute, ballet lessons, drawing lessons and pony club I had zero self-esteem and I did not know I was worthy or loveable. How I got to be that way is not relevant, every person has a perception of childhood that will either make happiness and success relatively easy, or it will make it incredibly hard. It was not until I was in my late 40's that I had a choice to make - End my life because it really didn't matter, or change my mind to reflect the person I knew could be. Obviously I changed my mind, as I am still here and now sharing all I have learnt to others. My passions are all creative. Money as an end goal is not a driving force for me. I believe the world can be a happier place. Compassion, kindness, creativity, love, forgiveness, awareness and gratitude are my driving values. Helping others get beyond depression, find their true worth, their passions and their voice is what encourages me every single day.
